My Breast Friend has been a real helpful tool with nursing for my daughter in law. She actually has a set of twins. This pillow has given her more help than anything. She can nurse two at a time with this pillow. She also has nursed one and fed the other with a bottle. There are all types of pillows out there. All I know is I was with her for a week and this was sure a handy thing to have. Wish they had these when I had my twins. It works well for nursing one baby as well. This pillow is very sturdy and gives your baby support so that you have both hands to use.
